Our refund policy lasts 30 days, and only covers defective items or items damaged in transit. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds & Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your order and include pictures of the damaged items. Upon receipt, we will send out a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
**Notice: In order to provide our customers with safe shopping protection to the greatest extent, the refund policy we provide is only applicable to non-wearable products that are defective and cannot be used normally, such as household goods and electronic products.
For wearable products, such as clothes, pants, shoes, etc. Once sold, we will not be able to provide refund services. Because we want to deliver brand new products to customers.
When you place an order, we default you to accept the terms.
We recommend that you confirm the size and color of the product you need before placing an order.
For inappropriate sizes, we will perform a paid replacement service after negotiation.

Lost or Stolen Packages
TrendsHousehold is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, TrendsHousehold will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
